Shipping policy

WHAT ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free daily local delivery for orders over $80 within Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, + Markham.

  • In Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke: Orders under $40 = $8, Orders between $40-80 = $3.99, Orders over $80 = FREE
  • In Durham: Orders under $35 = $8, Orders between $35-80 = $2.99, Orders over $80 = FREE

Ontario shipping is $15 and Canada Wide Shipping is $22 for all other provinces. If we are able to snail mail the order (i.e. makeup samples), we will refund the difference.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY BARE GOODS?

Local Delivery - Toronto / Scarborough / Etobicoke / Mississauga / Oakville / Brampton / Vaughan  / Richmond Hill / Markham - We aim to deliver within 4 business days.

Canada Wide: Shipments are dropped off at our courier daily. Once it’s with the shipping carrier, it usually takes between 1-3 business days for a local delivery within Toronto and between 2-7 business days for any other city or locale.


OUR COMMITMENT 

In order to minimize our shipping waste, all of our packaging is 100% plastic free and in up-cycled containers - when our vendors ship us products, we re-use their boxes to package your goods and send them off to you. We use paper tape to seal packaging and any paper inside the box is either recycled packing paper from our deliveries, or used newspaper. All of our shipping materials have been gently used before, and we encourage you to up-cycle them yet again in a new way!
