Refund policy
Unused items can be returned back to us for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase with a receipt. Gift cards are considered cash and are not refundable. For health, hygienic and safety reasons, no bulk goods, cosmetics or personal hygiene products are eligible for returns or refunds. Any return shipments must be handled at your own expense.
It is the customer's responsibility to pick up their orders at the appropriate pick up hub in a timely manner (10 days) when free pickup is selected at check out. bare market holds no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items from orders successfully dropped off at pick-up hubs. Orders that are not collected from a pick-up hub are not eligible for replacement or refund if they become lost, stolen or damaged.
If a case of food is purchased (i.e. 11.34kg of rolled oats) and there is a quality defect with the product that is deemed to be the responsibility of our wholesaler, we are more than happy to exchange, discount or refund the entire case if brought to our attention with photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery. No products filled into a customer's own container will be eligible for refund. Further, any product placed in a customer's container is final sale and must be purchased. All customers are responsible for purchasing the entire quantity of product placed into their containers. Tip: if it is your first time filling up on a product, please only fill a small quantity to begin with to ensure it is at a price point you are comfortable with.
CANCELLATIONS
bare market does not accept cancellations on any orders made online that contain food or bulk goods of any kind, regardless of when the order was made versus the cancellation requested. No refunds will be offered for cancellations. Cancellations requested on orders containing only non-bulk and non-food items and made 24 hours in advance of pickup, are eligible for a refund minus a restocking fee of up to 25%.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience! Please contact us immediately at baremarketasm@gmail.com. We will be happy to work with you to make things right.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
bare market is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Orders are hand delivered and documented with photo evidence or mailed through Canada Post or UPS, usually with a tracking number. If an order or partial order was taken from your doorsteps, please contact the police and/or delivery company with any information you have. If you would like to sign for shipments or arrange a time to have it delivered, please get in touch. An extra charge will apply.
