100% organic white wine originated from North Alsace in France with its unique terroir with a lot of minerality and an entirely natural wine making process. The grapes are carefully selected and picked by hand.
Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is made from Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc & Riesling, creating tones of citrus, sweet fruits, honey, spices and cardamom with a high acidity. Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is a floral and fruity wine with a lively complexity that stays long on the palate with tension. Matured for 12 months before being gently liberated from alcohol. 0% alcohol. Vegan.
