This Rosemary-infused honey has a beautiful, savoury aromatic profile. A full-bodied sweetness with a distinctively herbaceous aroma and flavour. The base is 100% Ontario creamed wildflower honey, carefully blended with certified organic rosemary. They grind the rosemary by hand to a fine powder before mixing it with premium local honey.
