Aleppo Soap from Syria - 40% Laurel Oil

Specially intended for the cleansing of skin with rather severe problems, its imposing rate of laurel makes it a soap intended for oily skin or with acne, psoriasis, eczema. To be tested on a small area of skin before intensive, daily use.

The famous Aleppo soap, made from olive and bay laurel oils, was born in Syria, in the city of Aleppo more than 3,000 years ago. The Crusaders brought it to the West in the Middle Ages. It is the ancestor of Marseille soap and all the solid soaps of today. All Alepia Aleppo soaps have a very slow cooking time. Their 9-month refining makes each of them a special soap. The amounts of laurel indicated correspond to the percentage of laurel in relation to the total of the oils.
