I usually receive this refill product in glass jars. I was disappointed to get it in a plastic pouch. It would be better if we had an option to request glass versus plastic as I will have a difficult time returning the plastic pouch.
Hi Anja! Thanks for your feedback. We've been asked by many customers to put this specific product in a pouch as it's quite difficult to pour without spilling from our deposit jars. If you'd like the product in a glass jar just write that in the notes at the checkout page :) We have both options. The pouches are returned the same way the deposit jars are.
