COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat the frying pan to medium-high on the stovetop. Use high-heat cooking oil to liberally coat the bottom of the pan. Place the cutlets in the pan. Fry until golden. Flip cutlets and fry the other side until golden and ready to serve.

ingredients: Rib Sauce (Water, Onion, Raw Sugar, Crushed Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Salt, Citric Acid) Brown Sugar, Spices, Apple Cider Vinegar, Olive Oil, Garlic, Sea Salt), Young Green Jackfruit, Wheat Gluten, Water, Tamari Soy Sauce (Water, Organic Soy Beans, Salt), Spices, Nutritional Yeast, Chickpea Flour, Sea Salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
OVEN - Preheat oven to broil. Place ribs on baking sheet in middle rack. Broil for 5 minutes. Flip and broil for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and add BBQ sauce.
GRILL - Place on grill on med/high heat. Grill on one side for 2 minutes. Flip and grill for 2 minutes. Remove from grill and add BBQ sauce.
